Jeremy Druckman raised to 18,000 in the cutoff and Konstantyn Holsky called on the button with a short stack. The flop fell 2♦10♦7♠ and the rest of Holsky's 41,000 chips flew in.

Holsky made trips on the 4♠10♠ runout and secured his double-up.
Michael Mizrachi opened to 14,000 from the cutoff and was called by Tom Midena on the button.
Mizrachi continued for 15,000 following the 2♠5♣Q♦ flop but was unable to shake off Midena, who called.
The 3♣ turn saw Mizrachi slow down, checking to Midena before folding after his opponent fired off 34,000 to concede the small pot.
In a duel small blind versus cutoff, the flop showed A♥7♥3♣ and Andony Wasaya got his shorter stack in against Niklas "Lena900" Astedt.

Astedt was ahead with two pair and that remained to be the case on the 10♦ turn as well as 9♦ river.
Jonathan Bowers put Steve Zolotow all in for his final 24,000 chips, roughly the same size of the pot, on a flop of 7♦7♣6♦. Zolotow mulled it over for a bit before reluctantly calling off for his tournament life.

The 8♥ gave Zolotow a straight, and the 2♦ did not make Bowers a better hand, doubling up his opponent.
Xixiang Luo raised to 15,000 from under the gun and called a pot-sized three-bet to 48,000 by James Chen from one seat over. On the K♦6♠6♥ flop, Luo checked and then folded when Chen made it 30,000 to go.
At the same time one table over, the completed board showed A♦Q♠3♥3♦5♣. Josh Arieh was all-in for 149,000 and Dante Goya went deep into the tank before he folded.
With late registration now closed, the total prizepool and payouts have been confirmed. The 811 entrants generated a prizepool of $7,542,300 which will be split amongst the top 122 finishers. Everyone who finishes in the money is guaranteed $20,099 while the eventual winner will walk away with $1,320,945 to go along with a WSOP gold bracelet.
Radu Pavel opened to 15,000 from under the gun and Firas Kashat called in the cutoff but only after informing Pavel he was doing so to either "help you win this tournament or send you home with something to think about".
As it turned out, neither happened with Pavel check-folding to a bet of 24,000 on the J♦2♠4♥ flop to put a small dent in his stack.
