From under the gun, Joshua Adkins raised to 560,000 and the action then folded to Krzysztof Magott in the small blind. He announced a pot-sized reraise to 1,840,000 with Oshri Lahmani in the big blind having fewer than that behind. Lahmani folded and Adkins asked how much Magott was playing.

"Almost five," Magott replied and Adkins called a few seconds later. On the J84 flop, Magott pushed all in and Adkins beat him into the pot.

Joshua Adkins: KQJJ

The 9 turn and 8 river further improved Adkins to a full house and he jumped to his rail, while a disappointed Magott walked off stage to Leonid Yanovski. He is the sixth place finisher for $231,101 and the final five bag up for the night.

Manh Nguyen raised to 400,000 and David Benyamine called on the button.

On a flop of 853, Nguyen bet the pot and then called when Benyamine jammed for around 2.7 million.

Nguyen already exposed his AJ53 for the bottom two pair and jack-high flush draw while Benyamine took a few seconds to roll over his AJ108 for top pair and the nut flush draw.

Benyamine improved with the 9 turn but the 3 river gave Nguyen a full house. The phone of Benyamine fell off the side table when the Frenchman jumped up in disgust and he then headed to the payout desk.

With two players seeing a board of 10693 and about 900,000 in the middle, Sonny Franco bet 350,000 from the big blind and Manh Nguyen called from early position.

Franco bet another 350,000 on the 4 river and was once again called by Nguyen. Franco tabled A864 for two pair but Nguyen turned over 5432 for a straight to take the pot, leaving Franco with 600,000 behind.

Two hands later, Franco opened to 350,000 from the button and was called by Nguyen in the small blind and Mandy Calara in the big blind.

The flop came A109. Nguyen bet 200,000, Calara called and Franco folded, leaving just 150,000 behind. The two remaining players checked through the A turn leading to the 7 river where Nguyen check-folded to a 400,000 bet from Calara.

Franco moved in for his last 150,000 from the cutoff in the next hand and was called by Nguyen on the button, Calara in the small blind and Oshri Lahmani in the big blind.

All players checked through the flop, turn and river leading to a final board of AKK68.

Franco had Q986 for a small two pair. Nguyen tabled AJ103 for aces up and took the pot while Franco was sent to the rail one spot shy of making the unofficial final table.

In a preflop raising war, table short stack Amit Ben Yacov was the player at risk just before the blinds had gone up and he was up against Jonathan Bowers.

Jonathan Bowers: AAQ7

The J105 flop kept Ben Yacov with some outs and he was not drawing dead yet on the K turn when Bowers made broadway with the royal flush draw.

Ben Yacov already got up from his chair but could survive with a king or jack on the river. Instead, it was the 4 that followed and he bowed out in 11th place for $79,276.
