Stringham Takes from Kyte Again

Level 18

The action was picked up on fourth street in a hand between Mojgan Stringham and Jon Kyte.

Mojgan Stringham: 55 / 759A / 10
Jon Kyte: XxXx / A10K10 / Xx

Kyte check-called on fourth. He then led on fifth and Stringham raised.

Kyte check-called again on sixth and he reluctantly did the same on seventh. He got the bad news as Stringham had made trip fives on fourth and they held for the scoop.

Level 18

The remaining 92 players are now in the money, guaranteed a min-cash of $3,020.

A special congratulations to Ryan Unger on his first career WSOP cash!

Russell Hudson Eliminated On The Bubble by James Hoeppner

Level 18

Action was picked up with cards on their backs after fourth street between Russell Hudson and James Hoeppner with Hudson all in for his tournament life.

James Hoeppner: 3x6x/4x10x10x10x/9x
Russell Hudson: QxQx/4x6x7x7x/5x

With the chips getting in on fourth street, the runout was most unfortunate for Hudson as he improved to queens up and Hoeppner made three tens.

Hudson took his leave from the tournament and the players were in the money after just one hand on the bubble.
