After the 2♥ on the turn, Cho checked to Smith who bet out 120,000. Cho then raised to 350,000 and Smith made the call.
After the 10♥ on the river completed the board, Cho announced all in which would put Smith all in for 1,200,000. After sitting in the tank for two minutes, a player at the table called the clock on Smith. Once the floor gave Smith 30 seconds to make his decision, he did not act in time, and his hand was killed which gave the pot to Cho.
