Stafman Avoids the Re-Entry for Now

Level 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Down to just 44,000, Tyler Stafman was all in and at risk with the JJ103 against Tom-Aksel Bedell, who revealed the 10976.

The board ran out J652A and Stafman doubled with a set.

"Nice hand," Bedell said.

Stafman replied, "nothing much I can do."

One table over, Najeem Ajez lost the vast majority of his stack in a clash with Santhosh Suvarna with the latter hitting trips on a board of 7527K holding the J987.

Pärssinen Continues to Climb

Level 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Not long ago, Eelis "EEE27" Pärssinen was left with a mere ten blinds but doubled these up. Since then, things have gone far better as the Finn chipped up while Ren Lin vanished from his table and re-entered.

In the latest hand, Pärssinen bet the heads-up flop of AJ3 for 22,000 out of the small blind. Danny Hannawa called on the button but folded the 6 turn when Pärssinen bet another 70,000.

Vieira Leaves Wiszowaty Short

Level 11 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Joao Vieira opened from under the gun, Philip Wiszowaty three-bet to 66,000 from middle position and Vieira called.

The flop came A69 and Vieira check-called a 30,000 bet from Wiszowaty.

Vieira check-called another bet from Wiszowaty on the 10 turn, this time for 75,000.

Both players checked the Q river. Wiszowaty turned over AJ87 for a pair of aces after missing his flush and straight draws. Vieira had made a Broadway straight on the river with KKJ9 to take the pot while Wiszowaty was left with under ten big blinds.

Level 12 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Scott Seiver
Scott Seiver

Scott Seiver defended the big blind and then check-called a bet by Joao Simao on the KJ2 flop to see the 2 on the turn. Seiver checked again and Simao in the cutoff bet 50,000 before the check-shove for 254,000 followed.

Simao used three time bank extensions before making the call.

Scott Seiver: A1062 All in
Joao Simao: KJ75

The 8 river changed nothing anymore as Seiver doubled. In the meanwhile, Eric Wasserson had dropped by to share the news that his aces were cracked by a Badugi hand. A short-stacked Arthur Morris departed shortly after from the same table, too.
