Serock Rivers a Set and Gets Value
Level 34
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Yake Wu raised to 1,000,000 in the hijack and Joe Serock called on the button. On the A♠K♦4♦ flop, both players checked and Wu bet 1,600,000 on the 3♣ turn, Serock called.
Wu checked the 9♣ river and Serock made it 8,000,000 to go. After very brief consideration, Wu called and mucked when he was shown the 9♥9♠ for a rivered set of nines.
