Coultas Sends Chen to the Rail
Level 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
The player under the gun opened to 2,000, Bradley Coultas called on the button and James Chen made it 8,300 from the big blind, with 1,200 left behind the line. The original raiser folded and Coultas called.
The 7♣7♠5♦ flop saw Chen commit the remainder of his stack and Coultas called.
James Chen: A♦K♠Q♦9♠
Bradley Coultas: K♥Q♠10♥7♥
Chen was behind the trips of Coultas, but the 4♦ turn gave him a flush draw. The 6♠ river changed nothing and Chen was sent to the rail.
