McCullough Eliminates Caiaffa and Is the Chip Leader

Rafael Caiaffa raised from the cutoff and was called by Tsugunari Toma in the small blind. Patrick McCullough was in the big blind and three-bet to 225,000. Caiaffa called, as did Toma.
The flop came 3♦4♦10♥. McCullough bet 500,000. Caiaffa went all in and Toma folded. McCullough called and had Caiaffa covered.

Caiaffa had top set and McCullough had aces with the nut flush draw. Diamonds were the main threat for Caiaffa, but the turn brought something worse, the case ace, the A♣. This crippled Caiaffa, who was then drawing just to one out on the river.
The river was the 6♦, bringing in the flush for McCullough and Caiaffa‘s tournament was over.
