Saroyan Scoops a Monster
Level 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Action folded around to Kyle Hoffner in the small blind, who raised to 1,200 only for Manvel Saroyan in the big blind to three-bet all-in for 46,500.
"Go on then" said Hoffner as he pushed his chips out to make the call, and it was him at risk.
Kyle Hoffner: 7♥7♣
Manvel Saroyan: A♣Q♦
Not the flop Hoffner wanted to see when it came K♥J♥10♥ to make Saroyan Broadway and send him soaring into the lead. Hoffner was given chop outs to go along with his flush outs when the Q♠ came on the turn, but even when he hit his set on the 7♠ river, it didn't help, and he was sent to the rail whilst Saroyan raked in the huge pot.
