Mcmillan Doubles Late Into Day 1

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Kenneth McMillan started the action by raising to 75,000 with 15,000 behind. Shaul Peters raised to 250,000 and Mcmillan called for his remaining chips.

Kenneth McMillan: Q10107All in
Shaul Peters: AA63

Peter's aces held the lead going to the flop, but McMillan hit a two-outer as the dealer slid the flop of Q108 with a ten right in the window. Peters needed an ace to eliminate Mcmillan.

The turn brought the 9 which was no help for Peters. With Mcmillan at risk of his tournament life late into Day 1 needing to dodge an ace.

A river card came as the 2 was great news for Mcmillan as he doubled through one of the big stacks at the table.
