Today, Event #17: $2,000 No-Limit Hold’em at the 2025 World Series of Poker is set to crown a winner at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. After battling down to the final two players late last night, Scott Bohlman and Dusti Smith agreed to pause the action and return today to play for the title, the $436,044 top prize, and the coveted gold WSOP bracelet.
It was a marathon Day 3, as 19 players returned and played deep into the night until only Bohlman and Smith remained from the original 1,692-entry field. Bohlman will return with the chip lead, bagging 30,500,000, while Smith will come back with 20,500,000 in chips. The runner-up is set to earn $290,588.

While Bohlman brings plenty of experience to the table with multiple WSOP final table appearances and one bracelet already in his collection, Smith is no stranger to the game either. Both have been in the poker world for many years, and this heads-up match promises to be a competitive and entertaining showdown.
If Bohlman comes out on top, he’ll add another bracelet to his résumé; if Smith prevails, she’ll join the elite group of women to have claimed WSOP gold.
Play will resume in Level 36 with blinds at 300,000/600,000 and a 600,000 big blind ante. Each level will last 60 minutes. Cards will be back in the air at 1 p.m. local time.
