Stokes Wins a Pot

The hand was underway with Ronee Dizon and Thomas Stokes waiting for the deal with abut 50,000 chips in the middle.

Both players knuckled the 85K flop. Dizon led with 30,000 on the 4 turn and got called by Stokes.

On the river 3 both players went check-check and Stokes decided to show first tabling KJ for top pair. Dizon quickly flipped A9 before throwing his hand to the muck as the dealer shipped the chips towards Stokes direction.

After Cardenas checked the J turn, Berg slid out a second barrel, this time for around 55,000. Cardenas thought about it for a while and then tossed his cards into the muck.

Miller Can't Beat Coombs
