It appeared grim for Phovieng Keokham when he jammed from under the gun and was called by the chip leader Shaun Colquhoun in middle position.

Colquhoun had Keokham in rough shape, but a flop of 9♦6♥8♠ gave Keokham some hope with a gutshot to a straight.

The 7♥ turn did not change anything, but Keokham found lightning in a bottle when the 10♦ rolled over on the river, giving him a straight to crack Colquhoun's queens.

Michael Coombs made it 130,000 to go from early position and Pedro Green jammed for around 650,000 from the hijack. Jordan Russell put the rest of his 900,000 into the middle from the small blind. Coombs called with the covering stack and the chance to bust two players.

Green was in a flip against two pairs, and if he could find some help from the dealer, he would triple up. The board ran out 6♥J♦4♣K♦6♦, which gave Green the winner with a pair of kings. Coombs won the side pot against Russell, meaning Russell was out in 10th place.

Shaun Colquhoun made it 200,000 under the gun before Michael Coombs three-bet from middle position to 525,000. Colquhoun called when it got back to him.

On the flop of 3♥4♠J♦, Colquhoun led out for 500,000, which Coombs called.

When the 9♠ appeared on the turn, Colquhoun shoved for roughly 2,800,000, prompting a quick fold from Coombs.

After the hand, Colquhoun said that he apparently had pocket jacks for a set on the flop.

Francois Truong saw his dream of a bracelet extinguished. He opened the action when he raised from middle position to 165,000. Truong was called in the next seat over by Pedro Green.

The action folded to Christopher Zollo on the button, who elected to raise it to 455,000. Truong did not take long to announce he was all in. Green folded, and Zollo snap called.

Truong got the bad news once the cards were on their backs.
