Vodinh Sends McColl Packing with Turned Flush

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Diana Zhao opened to 2,100 from middle position and picked up two callers: Elpidio Dulay in middle position and Andrew Vodinh on the button. With a multi-way pot brewing, Evan McColl had other plans and moved all-in for about 12,000 from the blinds.

Zhao and Dulay quickly folded, but Vodinh — sitting behind a massive stack — made the call, putting McColl at risk.

Evan McColl: K5 All in
Andrew Vodinh: J9

The flop came 10K3, giving McColl top pair but giving Vodinh a flush draw. The A turn completed that flush, leaving McColl in need of help. The river 7 sealed the deal, eliminating McColl as Vodinh pulled in more chips to boost his stack further.
