Divecha Happy to Flop a Set

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Rick Muniz opened for 35,000 under the gun and got a 125,000 three-bet from John Divecha on the button. After a few seconds, Muniz called to see the flop.

The flop dropped 25K and got a check-check leading both players to the turn. The turn 4 saw some action when Divecha shoved all-in for 185,000 after a check Muniz. Muniz looked at the massive stack in front of him and decided to make the call.

John Divecha: KK All in
Rick Muniz: AQ

Divecha had flopped a set but Muniz still had outs including a gutshot straight draw which can be a potential upset for his opponent. The dealer completed the board with a 8 river which didn't help Muniz at all. Divecha scooped the pot with a big smile, very much pleased with his double up.
