Schreiber Calls Wrongly

Level 19 : Limits 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Jun Weng raised under the gun. It folded to Matthew Schreiber in the big blind, who called and drew two cards. Weng stood pat, betting after the draw after Shreiber had checked.

Schreiber called, taking only one card on the second draw. He check-called another bet by Weng before the same drawing pattern repeated itself.

Schreiber checked after the final draw, being met with a final bet by Weng.

"Are you snowing me? I can beat four spades, do you have four spades in your hand?" Schreiber asked Weng. Without getting a reply, he tossed in a call.

Weng tabled 9352 for a badugi, and Schreiber sent his cards to the muck.

"I just made the worst call in history and now I'm on monkey tilt," Schreiber dryly noted as he saw the pot being shipped to his neighbor.
