Tot Spikes a King to Double
Level 35
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
No-Limit Hold'em
Oliver Tot made it 1,700,000 from early position and kept just 300,000 behind. When it got to Jacob Mendelsohn in the small blind, he just called.
On the 3♠J♠K♣ flop, Mendelsohn bet and Tot called off his last 300,000.
Oliver Tot: K♦9♠
Jacob Mendelsohn: 9♦9♥
Tot had paired his king, which left Mendelsohn with just one out to win the pot. The 8♦Q♠ runout didn't deliver any drama, and Tot managed to double up.
