Del Pino's Queens Stand Firm
Level 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Julien Sitbon opened for 6,200 in late position and got an 11,500 three-bet from the man immediately to his left, Cesar Del Pino. Sitbon called taking them to the flop.
Sitbon check-called Del PIno's bet of 5,900 on the flop of 2♠3♠8♥. Both players checked the 7♦ turn.
After a check from Sitbon on the river 5♦, Del Pino announced all-in for 39,100 sending his opponent to the tank. Sitbon laid out his chips, drank some water and scratched his head numerous times before staring at the unmoving Del Pino.
After a few seconds he made the call and mucked, visible frustrated, when he saw Del Pino turn over Q♥Q♦. He flipped over A♥2♥ and left the table as Del Pino scooped the pot.
