Post Dinner Decisions

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

John Ripnick raised from early position to 2,000. From the small blind, Justin Liberto re-raised to 8,5000 and Ripnick called.

Liberto would continue as the aggressor betting 2,500 once a flop of J1010 was shown. Ripnick proceeded through a call.

The Q turn card fell, and Liberto decided a bet of 4,500 was optimal. Ripnick had seen enough and released.

On a neighboring table, blind vs. blind action ensued. Shawn Daniels raised to 2,500, but that was not a suitable price for Quan Zhou who bumped it up to 8,000. Daniels made the call.

After a K54 flop was dealt, Daniels checked and Zhou bet 4,000. Daniels decided he wanted to play for all of it and raised it to 18,300. This forced Zhou to make a decision for his tournament life. Zhou decided folding his hand was the optimal play.
