Weissman Scoops a Nice Pot

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

There were approximately 60,000 in the pot on a flop of J57 when both Edward Pak in the big blind and Joey Weissman in early position checked to see the turn bring the 2.

Both players checked again and the river brought the K.

Pak checked and Weissman bet out for 55,000. Pak tanked for a while and then flipped in the call.

Weissman tabled AK for a rivered top pair and Pak mucked instantly, looking disgusted.
