Sauer Shoves
Level 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Action was picked on a flop of 2♠A♦K♣ just as Charley Sauer checked from the cutoff and Christian Gaar on the button bet 2,000. Sauer called.
The turn card peeled off a 9♦. Sauer bet 6,000 and Gaar called.
As the river came 10♦ Sauer shoved all in for 16,200 and was snap-called by Gaar.
Charley Sauer: A♥9♥
Christian Gaar: Q♦Q♥
Sauer's two pair was good for a double through as Gaar still had a sizeable stack.
