For Those Who Wish to Sing
Level 30
: Blinds 75,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Apparently we have reached the point in the tournament where players are in the mood to sing.
First up was, Geoffrey Coatar, who went all in on the river with a board of 5♠J♠8♦6♥10♣. While Adam Hall considered a call that would put him all in, Coatar began a medley of simple riffs while suggesting that Hall should fold.
"All up in your neighborhood," Coatar sang with a high-pitched soprano-ish wail.
Seconds after Hall folded to quiet Coatar for the time being, one table over, Duncan Horst belted out a stirring rendition of "God Bless America."
The appropriately attired Horst, sporting a U.S. Flag-colored sweatsuit, received an ovation from the crowd.
