Mikolaitis Goes Down and Back Up

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Dominykas Mikolaitis raised to 120,000 in middle position and Joao Vieira defended from the big blind. The flop came A99 and both players checked to the 6 on the turn.

Vieira led out with a bet of 220,000 and Mikolaitis called to see the K on the river. Vieira slid out a bet of 510,000 and Mikolaitis was forced to lay his hand down.

On the next hand, Mikolaitis opened to 125,000 and Chongxian Yang three-bet to 280,000 on his left. The action folded back to Mikolaitis who called and they went heads-up to a flop of K107.

Mikolaitis checked to Yang who continued with a bet of 250,000 and Mikolaitis just called. The turn was the Q and Mikolaitis led out with a bet of 400,000. Yang gave it some thought but opted to send his cards into the muck.
