Set No Good

Robert Jones

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The action was picked up on the turn with 900,000 in the middle and the board reading J♥8♣5♣K♠.

Jason Wheeler was in the big blind. He bet 675,000 against David Uvaydov sitting on the button. Uvaydov made the call.

The A♣ river was followed by the same bet from Wheeler, and the same result from Uvaydov, who called for 675,000 once again.

Wheeler tabled 8♠8♥ for a set, but it was second best to the 10♣9♣ for a flush shown by Uvaydov.
