Mykhailo Zherebchenko Eliminated in 13th Place ($79,448)
Level 39
: Blinds 800,000/1,600,000, 1,600,000 ante
Daniel Lei opened to 3,200,000 from the cutoff and Mykhailo Zherebchenko called from the big blind.
The flop came 3♣7♥4♥ and Zherebchenko led out for 2,500,000, then Lei raised to 9,000,000. Not long after, Zherebchenko shoved for around 26,000,000, and Lei called.
Mykhailo Zherebchenko: K♥10♥
Daniel Lei: A♥6♥
Zherebchenko was in a terrible position as his flush draw was dead, which meant he needed a king or a ten to survive. An A♦ on the turn was enough to seal the deal as Lei made an unbeatable top pair. An inconsequential J♣ hit the river, and Zherebchenko was out in 13th.
