Palermo finished with A92K9 for aces and kings, but Taylor had made a straight by sixth street with 4Q324 to send Palermo to the rail in 21st place.

When Leng was dealt his second face-up king, he wanted to bet out, but Palermo got dealt open aces to take the betting lead instead. Palermo did bet, with Leng as the only caller.

Leng was then put all-in on fifth street and quickly called off. Both players had made trips on fourth street, and neither one made a full house.

Palermo's three aces won the pot as Leng wished his former opponents good luck and left the tournament area. After the hand Souza claimed he had folded rolled up fours on fourth street.
