Stacey Chopped Up

Level 30 : Limits 150,000/300,000, 0 ante

Gregory Wood raised from under the gun and everyone at the table except Ilia Krupin called.

The flop rolled out 43K and action checked to Wood who bet. David Shmuel called in the hijack, Darren Taylor folded in the cutoff, Joe Ford called in the small blind, and Patrick Stacey called in the big blind.

On the turn 10, Ford took the betting lead and all three of his opponents called.

Ford checked the river 7 and Stacey bet. Wood and Shmuel called while Ford lamented his hand.

"I gotta fade that river," he said as he tossed his hand into the muck.

Stacey tabled Q865 for a queen-high flush and seven-low, but he found he was dominated by both of his opponents. Wood showed AA86 for the nut-flush and Shmuel showed A962 for the nut-low, each taking one half of this sizable pot.
