Only 97 Return to Razzle and Dazzle at 1 p.m.
From a starting field of 472, just 97 return today at 1 p.m. to play in World Series of Poker Event #43: $1,500 Razz at the Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas. Only 71 of them will see any piece of the $626,580 prize pool, but all eyes still rest on the $126,363 and the WSOP bracelet to be awarded to first place.
Leading the way is WSOP regular Tom McCormick, who sits with 343,000, looking for his 193rd WSOP cash and first bracelet. Sitting just behind him is tournament director and golf enthusiast Matt Savage (323,000). Other players in the mix include Phillip Hui (235,000), Allan Le (220,000), Calvin Anderson (212,500), Scott Abrams (209,000), David Shmuel (181,000), Lawrence Brandt (178,000), and WSOP Main Event champions Huck Seed (87,000), and Phil Hellmuth (63,000).

Players will resume today in the Horseshoe Silver and Gold sections at 1 p.m. Cards will be in the air at Level 16 with a 1,500 ante and limits at 6,000/12,000. The length of each level will be upped to one hour each as players will play a scheduled to complete 10 levels. A 15-minute break will occur at the conclusion of every two levels, with a 60-minute dinner break at the conclusion of Level 21.
