Ausmus Eliminates Koon
Level 10
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Jesse Lonis raised to 80,000 from early position with Jeremy Ausmus calling from the next seat. Jason Koon shoved for 500,000 from late position, and only Ausmus called.
Jason Koon: K♠Q♠
Jeremy Ausmus: A♦J♦
Ausmus was slightly ahead before the A♣8♦8♣ flop fell to give Ausmus top pair, and leave Koon needing running cards to survive. The rest of the board came Q♥4♠ and Koon headed to the rail.
