Alipoufard Jams On Lowery
Level 19
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
With a call in front of him, 18-time WSOPC ring winner Daniel Lowery raised to 36,000 which saw Mansour Alipourfard on the button raise to 106,000 which only Lowery called.
Lowery checked the flop of Q♠5♥3♠ over to Alipourfard who bet 126,000 and Lowery called.
On the turn 2♦, Lowery bet 126,000 which sent Alipourfard into the tank. After four minutes, Alipourfard chirped up.
"You didn't call me with ace-four did you?" asked Alipourfard. A few seconds after saying that he moved all in for 299,000 effective.
After some time pondering, Lowery tossed his hand into the muck and Alipoufard soared up the counts.
