Madan Finds Some Magic With Ace-Queen

Jose Boloqui raised to 725,000 from middle position, Manish Madan then went all-in and was at risk for 1,950,000 from the big blind. Boloqui made the call, and the players were off to the races.

Peter Fellows raised from the cutoff to 825,000, and Ron Fetsch called in the big blind. The players saw the flop of 4♠10♣2♥.

Fetsch check-raised Fellows' 825,000 continuation-bet to 2,500,000, only for Fellows to re-raise to 5,500,000, Fetsch called.

On the A♣ turn, Fetsch instantly moved all in for 3,100,000, which sent Fellows into the tank,. Fellows eventually folded, and Fetsch was pushed the massive pot and climbed to over 15 million in chips.

Reels Folds To Pappan on River

Douglas Pappan continues to spin his stack up. In the latest hand, he raised to 800,000 from the button, and Jason Reels called from the big blind.

The action checked around on K♣5♣3♦. Then on the 9♣ turn, Reels led out for 600,000. That was met by a raise to 2,000,000 by Pappan. Reels made the call.

The river brought the Q♣, and Reels again led out, this time for 1,000,000. Pappan responded with an all-in for 3,430,000. Reels went into the tank facing the raise, but eventually decided to fold.

After he hit the river to double up earlier today, Mitchell Lehman moved all in again for 5,675,000 from the big blind. Elan Lepovic, who opened to 600,000 from the button, went deep into the tank but eventually made the call.

Once again, Lehman was on the brink of elimination, but the board ran out K♠2♥5♣7♦3♠, and a seven on the turn gave him a pair to secure another double-up.

The dealer must have been listening as he delivered a Q♥10♠4♣Q♦2♥ runout, giving Lepovic a much-needed double-up, while keeping his hopes alive in Event #48. Lepovic's tablemates joked that he can only use his one time once today and they will be keeping an eye on that.

All three of them checked a flop of A♥5♦7♥ leading to the 6♥ turn where Lehman led out for 900,000. Lim was the only one to call.

The 4♣ river was checked by Lehman and Lim. "Two pair" announced Lehman while flipping over A♣4♥. Lim mucked his cards.

Action was folded around to Mitchell Lehman on the button, who raised to 900,000, only for Adeeb Harb in the small blind to move all in for 8,500,000. Dennis Carlson in the big blind announced call, but then Lehman announced all-in over the top. In the meantime, Harb exposed his cards, thinking that the action had been closed. Carlson called Lehman's all-in, so this made no difference to the action.

The 9♦ was the door card on the 9♦2♠A♦ flop, and Carlson pumped his fist. Lehman saw no king on the 7♥ turn and 4♠ river, meaning Carlson scooped the massive pot and eliminated Harb and Lehman in 14th and 13th places, respectively.
