Flushing Up
Level 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Benjamin Kaupp survived an all in, doubling his stack to more than 90,000 with an ace-high flush.
On a board of 9♣Q♣J♠J♥, Kaupp was all in and rivered a flush when the 5♣ hit the table. Nino Pansier, who had trip jacks on the turn, didn’t make a full house, yet landed a king-high flush. It wasn't good enough, as Kaupp took the pot with the top flush A♣A♦K♦7♣.
Pansier dropped to 40 big blinds after the hand. Players began the event with 250 big blinds.
