Alioto's Bluff is the Best Hand
Level 12
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Dario Alioto limped in from the small blind and Laszlo Bujtas checked his option in the big blind. The flop came K♠K♦8♣ and both players checked to the 10♣ on the turn.
Alioto checked again and Bujtas bet the minimum of 6,000. Alioto check-raised to 30,000 and Bujtas called to see the 9♣ on the river. Alioto bet the pot again for 78,000 and Bujtas looked him up. Alioto flipped over Q♠J♠10♦8♠ for just a straight with blockers to a full house and Bujtas shockingly couldn't beat it as he flashed K♥5♣.
