Duek and Geeng Chop the Nuts

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading 8745 and over 100,000 in the middle, three players were still active in the hand. Rob Hollink was first to act and threw in a bet of 75,000 which both Daniel Geeng and Michael Duek both called.

The river was the 9 and Hollink slowed down with a check. Geeng counted out a bet of 260,000 and Duek just called, hoping to attract Hollink into the pot but he opted to fold. Geeng tabled KJ107 for the nut straight and Duek held QJ108 for the same straight to chop the pot.
