Phil Ivey limped from the hijack, prompting the button and small blind to follow suit and limp too. Michael Duek wanted to play a bigger pot, though, and raised to 1,300,000 from the big blind. Only Ivey called, and the two saw a flop.

The flop came down Q♥4♥9♣, and Duek continued with a bet large enough to commit Ivey to being all in. Ivey called immediately, and the cards were turned over.

Ivey was ahead, having flopped bottom set, but Duek had plenty of ways to catch up.

The turn 10♣ kept Ivey in the lead, but the river J♥ wasn't so friendly to him, giving Duek the nut flush and sending Ivey to the rail.

Najeem Ajez raised to 875,000 in the hijack and Dennis Weiss just called in the big blind. The flop fell J♦7♠5♣ and Weiss led out with a pot-sized bet of 2,125,000. Ajez moved all in for his last 3,325,000 and Weiss confirmed the count before calling.

Dennis Weiss opened to 700,000 in middle position and Ben Lamb three-bet to 2,400,000 in the cutoff. The action folded back to Weiss who four-bet shoved all in. Lamb slammed his chips on the table in frustration and used a time bank before calling off his stack of 5,600,000.

The action was limped around to Gjergj Sinishtaj in the big blind who made it 800,000 to go. Dennis Weiss called from the cutoff and they went heads-up to a flop of A♠7♣4♠. Sinishtaj led out with a pot-sized bet of 2,080,000 and Weiss jammed all in as the bigger stack. Sinishtaj called off his stack of 5,070,000 and the cards were face up.

Jeffrey Hakim raised it up from the cutoff and was called by Lautaro Guerra and Aaron Kupin in the blinds. The flop came K♣6♥5♦ and the action checked around to the 8♥ on the turn.

Kupin led out with a pot-sized bet of 1,005,000 on the turn and Hakim called. Guerra got out of the way and the 10♥ completed the board. Kupin checked this time and Hakim shoved all in. Kupin had a decision to make for his remaining 275,000 chips and he burned through multiple time banks.

"I don't even know if I had the best hand on the turn," Kupin thought out loud. He eventually called it off and tabled A♠7♦6♣4♠ for an eight-high straight. Hakim, on the other hand, turned over 8♣7♥6♦5♥ for a flush and Kupin was eliminated.

The flop fell 9♠8♣6♣ and the action checked to Lamb who bet 1,600,000. Kenney quickly folded but Brannan used a couple of time banks before calling off his stack of roughly 700,000.
