Kerbel With an Eight

Level 9 : Limits 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Action was picked up on the first draw which saw Jay Kerbel in the small blind, Andrey Zaichenko in the big blind, David Prociak in first position, and James Morris on the button, all draw two.

Everyone checked over to Morris who bet and everyone called.

Kerbel and Morris drew one while Zaichenko and Prociak both drew two. Kerbel bet which folded out Zaichenko while Prociak and Morris called.

The final draw saw Kerbel stand pat, Prociak draw one, and Morris stand pat. Kerbel bet and only Morris called.

"Eight, seven, six," said Kerbel as he tabled 8x7x6x3x2x and added "smooth."

It was good for the pot as Kerbel rose up the counts.
