Thornton Collects the Rest of Bach's Chips

David Bach raised under the gun and was called by Schuyler Thornton on the button.

Bach drew one and Thornton drew two on the first draw and then both players checked.

On the second draw, both players took two off and Bach check-called all in for his last 40,000.

Both players drew two on the end and hands were revealed.

Thornton agreed to show first and peeled Jx2x to end with a jack-six.

Bach turned over an 8x first, but squeezed out a Jx second to end with a jack-eight — eliminating him from the tournament.

Woods Folds Out Alexander

Action was picked up in an already brewing pot between James Woods in the big blind and George Alexander on the button.

Woods drew one on the first draw while Alexander drew three and both players checked.

On the second draw, Woods drew one once more and Alexander drew two. Woods bet and Alexander called.

The third draw saw Woods stand pat and bet before Alexander made his decision on what to pitch. Alexander sat back in his chair and debated before deciding to throw two cards away and then mucking his hand when he got his two cards.

"And the crowd goes wild!" said Woods to his rail, who clapped after he won.

Both players drew two and checked on the first round.

On the second round both players drew one and checked again.

Third time around they both drew one and Yu bet which saw Tarbet call.

Yu tabled 6x5x4x2xAx for number four and it was good for the pot.
