Twenty years ago, Scott Lazar doubled up eventual champion Joe Hachem and coolered Mike Matusow at one of the most entertaining and memorable World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event final tables ever.
Two decades later, the 2005 sixth-place finisher in poker's most prestigious event ran deep in another WSOP event. This one, Event #48: $1,000 Senior's No-Limit Hold'em Championship, a tournament that attracted 7,575 entrants. Lazar, who spoke to PokerNews on a Day 3 break, busted in 31st place for $21,950, his second-largest tournament cash since his televised $1.5 million score.

Chino Rheem raised in the cutoff and in the small blind Benny Glaser three-bet which saw Rheem call.
"How many Benny?" asked Rheem as Glaser drew one. "If we were in 2-7 I would be drawing one as well," Rheem responded as he pitched two cards. Glaser bet on the first betting round and Rheem called.
On the second draw, both players drew one and Rheem called a second bet from Glaser.
Glaser stood pat on the final draw and Rheem pitched one and folded to Glaser's bet on the end.
"I caught this," Rheem said flashing as Jx, "did you have a wheel?"
"No, I have this," Glaser said turning over AxAx as a smile crept across his face.
"Oh wow! Benny got me guys! He snowed me!" shouted Rheem to the entire room. "This is why he won two bracelets this summer!"
