Gruffudd Pugh-Jones raised to 3,000 from the button, Dylan Linde then three-bet to 11,500 from the small blind and Jones called.
The dealer spread a J♠2♠8♥ flop, and both players checked.
The turn card was the K♥. Linde checked, Jones bet 18,000, and Linde called.
Action checked through on the 7♦ river. Jones tabled Q♥5♥8♣2♣, which was good for the winning hand.
Robert Cowen had three-bet an earlier open to 9,000 on the button, which [Removed:548] four-bet to 26,500 from the small blind. Veselin Karakitukov then piled in 102,000 from the big blind.
Cowen called, prompting [Removed:549] to get out of the way. Karakitukov then contiuned for 40,000 on the 7♠2♥7♦ flop, which received a snap-fold from Cowen and awarded the Bulgarian the pot.
Brian Batt raised to 3,000 under the gun and Erick Lindgren made it 5,000 to go on the button. Stephen Chidwick then reraised to 18,500 in the big blind, prompting Batt to get out of the way and Lindgren to call.
The flop came 8♣9♦7♣ and both players checked to the 5♥ turn. Chidwick led out for 10,500 and Lindgren called.
On the J♥ river, Chidwick slowed down with a check and Lindgren bet 35,000. Chidwick thought for a brief moment before tossing his cards into the muck.
Ben Lamb raised to 3,500 from the cutoff, Tong Li called on the button and Gruffudd Pugh-Jones called in the big blind.
The board ran out 2♠2♣A♣3♠Q♦ with all players checking down to the river.
Li bet 7,500, only to face a raise to 29,500 from Pugh-Jones. Lamb folded, and Li responded with a re-raise to 90,000. Pugh-Jones snap-called, but could only muck as Li revealed J♦A♥A♦5♦ for a slow-played full house, having flopped aces full of deuces.
Christopher Frank raised to 3,500 under the gun. Dario Alioto called in the cutoff, and the two went heads up to a flop of 9♠8♥7♠, which checked through.
Frank also checked the 9♥ turn, this time being faced with Alioto's bet of 3,000 afterward. Frank made a quick fold, and Alioto was awarded the small pot.
Fourteen players have registered from the start as the cards are in the air for the $50,000 PLO High Roller.
