Today sees the start of Event #58: $3,000 Nine Game Mix here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. The game includes No-Limit Hold'em, Seven Card Stud, Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, Razz, Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better and 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw.
Day 1 of the three-day event will kick off at 2 p.m. local time with starting stacks of 40,000 and levels lasting 40 minutes through the end of Level 6, at which point levels increase to 60 minutes. Day 1 will play for 12 levels with 15-minute breaks every 15 minutes of play.
Day 2 will pick back up at 1 p.m. on Sunday June 22 and will play ten levels with 15-minute breaks every two levels and a 60-minute break after Level 18.
Last year's event saw Brazil's Yuri Dzivielevski topping the field of 379 to win $215,982 and his fifth bracelet in six years. Meanwhile, Japan's Ryutaro Suzuki won the 2023 offering for $221,124.
Other previous winners of the event include Americans Kijoon Park and Nicholas Julia.
