Vonderahe Drills the River to Double

Level 6

Jesse Vonderahe raised from under the gun with Craig Allan calling on the button, Kyle Ray calling from the small blind, and Ryuta Nakai defending his big blind.

After two checks, Vonderahe bet on the 246 flop. Allan and Ray called, but Nakai folded.

Ray checked the J turn and Vonderahe bet. Only Ray made the call.

Ray checked the A on the river. Vonderahe bet his last 800, and Ray reluctantly called. Vonderahe revealed A3 for a pair of aces to win the pot as Ray showed 55 for a pair of fives.
