Brumpacheco Doubles Blind Versus Blind

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Action folded around to Jonathan Prince in the small blind who moved all in for 950,000. Joseph Brumpacheco called in the big blind for 880,000 to put himself at risk.

Joseph Brumpacheco: QJ All in
Jonathan Prince: K10

Brumpacheco pulled ahead on the 103J flop, pairing his jack. The J turn locked up the double up for him and the meaningless 5 rolled off on the river.

Prince was left with just 70,000 after the hand and was seen exiting the tournament area a few moments later.

Futai Knocks Out Lee

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Yudai Futai jammed from the button and was called for less from the big blind by Ricky Lee to set up a showdown.

Ricky Lee: KQAll in
Yudai Futai: A9

Futai held the edge against Lee as they took a flop. The 784 flop kept Futai in front. The A turn was the end of Lee's run as it gave Futai top pair to end the hand, which made the 6 river procedural as it did not impact the outcome.

Arthur Morris, in early position, came over the top and three-bet all in, and action was folded back around to Simon, who, having achieved the next pay jump, tossed in his last 50,000 to make the call.

David Simon: A10All in

Evangelista Loving Being Moved to New Table

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Action was folded to Clement Kerrien in the small blind, who moved all in for 1,800,000, and action was on Mark Evangelista, who had just been moved to the table and sat straight in the big blind. He looked down at his cards and snap-called.

Clement Kerrien: J10All in
Mark Evangelista: AJ

A pretty nasty flop of JA2 for Kerrien and he needed help. None was forthcoming when the 7 came on the turn, and he was drawing dead. The K on the river sealed the deal, and Kerrien was sent to the rail.

Scobai Doubles; Navarro Eliminated

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Alejandro Navarro flicked his last 210,000 in the pot under the gun, and the action folded all the way to the blinds when Ion Scobai chose to call from the small blind, and Enrique Baldeon also chose to call from the big blind. Scobai and Baldeon took a flop while Navarro was all-in and at risk.

Scobai and Baldeon both checked the 274 flop, but when the Q turn peeled off, there were fireworks as Scobai shoved for 400,000 and was called by Baldeon to put two players at risk as Baldeon had both covered.

The 6 peeled off on the river, and Scobai showed KQ for top pair. Baldeon showed Q10 for an inferior kicker as Navarro was sent to the rail and Scobai doubled.

Chong Yu: A4All in
Siarhei Chudapal: KJ
