Thomas Falls to Chang

Level 8

Jon Turner raised first to act and was called by Kathy Chang in the cutoff, Charles Thomas on the button, and Carlos Caldas in the small blind for a four-way pot.

Caldas drew one, Turner and Chang drew two, and Thomas drew three on the first draw. Caldas then checked to Turner, who bet. Chang called and Thomas went all in for slightly more. Everyone called.

On the second draw, Caldas and Turner drew one, while Chang and Thomas drew two each. It was checked to Chang, who bet. Caldas folded and Turner called.

Turner and Thomas drew one on the final draw and Chang stood pat. Chang bet again, which got a fold from Turner to set up a showdown between her and Thomas.

Thomas turned over Qx7x5x4x3x for a queen and Chang revealed 8x6x5x4x2x for an eight to eliminate Thomas and claim the large pot.
