Where is the Ace of Spades?

Nina Hazdovac was under the gun when one of her cards was revealed as the A♠ during the pitch. As is customary when this happens, the deal continues normally and the revealed card is replaced last. The dealer forgot to give Hazdovac her second card so she requested it when action was on her.

Hazdovac then went all in but, according to Barny Boatman, the dealer said "I think I gave her the ace of spades again..." while the all-in player quietly sat there. The floor was called and no one could determine definitively if the A♠ was distributed again. Hazdovac had obvious reasons to stay quiet in such a unique situation.

The floor ruled that because there was significant action and there was no sure way of knowing if a mistake was made the hand would play on normally.

As it turns out, the rest of the table folded and Hazdovac still didn't want to reveal whether she had been dealt the best ace in the deck again.
