Bruno Fitoussi opened the hijack and was called by Paul Volpe in the cutoff.
On the 8♥7♠5♣ flop, Fitoussi led for 5,000, Volpe raised to 17,000, and Fitoussi called.
The 8♣ turn checked through to the 6♠ river which saw Fitoussi lead for 25,000 with 81,500 behind. Volpe would consider his options for over a minute before he flicked in the call. Fitoussi tabled A♥A♦ which was good as Volpe mucked.
