Elia Loves Those Ladies
Level 25
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Vincent Elia raised to 200,000 from under the gun, and action was folded to Charlton Hawes on the button, who called.
The flop came K♣Q♣3♠ and the action went check-check. The dealer turned the 10♥ and now Elia bet out for 125,000, which Hawes called.
The J♥ came on the river, and now Elia slowed down and checked. Hawes pushed out a hefty bet of 410,000, and this sent Elia into the tank and after 2-3 minutes, he called tabling Q♥Q♦ for a flopped set, and Hawes mucked his cards.
