Harman's Aces Get Cracked by Quads

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Jennifer Harman
Jennifer Harman

Jennifer Harman jammed for 300,000 from early position and was called by David Shaw out of the big blind.

Jennifer Harman: AA All in
David Shaw: QJ

Harman picked up aces at the perfect time, and only a really unlucky board would end her turbo tournament.

The QQ7 flop propelled Shaw into the lead with trips. The Q turn improved Shaw to quads, leaving Harman drawing dead. An inconsequential K hit the river, and Harman headed to the rail.

Zizka KO's Kanme

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Shortly after Jennifer Harman was eliminated at table 62, Raoul Kanme shoved from the small blind while covering the big blind.

After the clock was called, Zdenek Zizka slid his stack into the middle and the cards were turned up.

Zdenek Zizka: 44 All in
Raoul Kanme: Q5

Zizka's pocket pair faced immediate danger on the JAA flop, as Kanme picked up extra outs. The 7 changed nothing, but Kanme's queen played after the J river, sending Zizka to the rail.

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Xiaoyao Ma raised from early position, and only Colin Dentan called from the big blind.

Two checks followed the 3 turn for the 7 to appear on the river. Dentan bet 275,000, which Ma snap-called.

Dentan showed a busted straight draw with KJ. Ma revealed AxXx for top pair to take down the pot.

At another table, Qiang Xu was seen leaving the tournament area and had been eliminated.

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Min Zhang moved all in for 410,000 in middle position before Samuel Mullur shoved for 1,100,000 on the button. Martin Kabrhel then announced all in for 1,130,000 from the small blind, just covering Mullur.

Min Zhang: A9 All in
Samuel Mullur: A10 All in
Martin Kabrhel: 88

Kabrhel asked the dealer for the eight of hearts on the flop, but Zhang and Mullur still had life after seeing 54Q hit the board. The dealer then delivered the 8 on the turn, giving Kabrhel a set.

The 5 river saw Kabrhel improve to a full house, scoring two bounties by sending Zhang and Mullur to the payout desk.

The rest of the players bagged up their chips for the three table redraw, taking place in the Horseshoe Event Center.
