Jacob Wilson hails from Newcastle, England, and joined the team in the summer of 2025. Before becoming a member of the PokerNews live events team, Jacob spent his time in card rooms across the UK as an event dealer for all major poker tournaments, as well as travelling across Europe for international events.

Jacob’s first taste of Live Reporting came at the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
