Welcome back to PokerNews, the official media partner of the 2025 World Series of Poker and home of live updates from all bracelet events.

Today will see the start of Event #72: $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em at noon local time here at Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas with starting stacks of 60,000 chips.

This is a one-day event with the blinds starting at 100/200/200 and 20-minute levels throughout. A 15-minute break will occur after every six levels (or as needed for color-ups). Dinner break is scheduled after Level 21 at around 7:45 p.m.

Players will receive $3,000 from the prize pool for every player they eliminate, and can redeem bounties after 7 p.m. This event is played eight-handed. Registration remains open until the start of Level 13 (≈ 4:30 p.m.) and players are allowed only one reentry.

Although scheduled as a one-day event, last year a second day was necessary for the final table to play out.
Frank Funaro came out on top of the field of 486 entrants and is the defending champion. He won his second bracelet and $612,997, not including bounties.
