Simon Lofberg was all-in for 710,000 with the Q♠J♦J♣9♠ and up against the K♦Q♦J♠8♥ of Quan Zhou. The A♥10♣7♠J♥6♠ board gave Lofberg a set of jacks but the same card improved Zhou to broadway, sending the Chinese businessman towards the top of the leaderboard.
Scott Bohlman raised to 105,000 in the hijack and Erik Seidel three-bet to 360,000 in the cutoff. Bohlman announced all in and Seidel called off the extra 60,000 chips in front of him.

Scott Bohlman: A♠A♦J♠7♦
The flop came K♠10♦5♣ and Seidel took the lead with a set of kings. The Q♥ on the turn improved Bohlman to a straight but the 10♥ on the river reversed the roles again as Seidel made a full house to double up.
"That's a made-for-TV runout," David Paredes said after the hand.
With 40 players remaining spread across five tables, some of the contenders in the mix are tanking on the pay jump bubble. Erik Seidel however wasted little time to raise the pot to 105,000 from an early position. Ken Fishman called from the big blind and checked the A♥Q♥J♠ flop. Seidel jammed for 240,000 - exactly the size of the pot - and Fishman folded.
With three players seeing a board of A♥6♣5♠ Javier Francort checked from the big blind and Alex Livingston bet 125,000 from early position. Dominykas Karmazinas called from the hijack while Francort got out of the way.
Livingston bet 480,000 on the 10♠ turn and Karmazinas shoved, covering Livingston who had started the hand with around 1,200,000. Livingston called and was at risk.

Livingston had top two pair but was drawing dead against Karmazinas' top set and after the 6♦ river fell he exited the tournament area.
In a single-raised pot to the K♣7♦5♠ flop, Ryan Hoenig was all-in against Robert Mizrachi and revealed a draw with the Q♣J♣8♥6♥ for the open-ended straight draw. Mizrachi's K♥9♥8♦7♣ for two pair and a straight blocker were ahead and remained that way throughout the 3♠ turn as well as the Q♥ river.
Javier Francort raised to 85,000 and Scott Bohlman then reraised the pot. It folded back to Francort who eventually reraised and Bohlman called all-in for 355,000.

The Q♠10♠8♣2♣5♣ board kept the superior pocket pair in the lead and the 2025 WSOP Player of the Year contender doubled.
Matthew Beck raised to 75,000 in early position and Quan Zhou called on the button. They went heads-up to a flop of 8♥6♦3♦ where Beck started with a check. Zhou tossed in a bet of 175,000 and Beck called.
The turn brought the J♦ which slowed the action as both players checked to the 9♦ on the river. Two more checkes and Beck showed K♠K♣9♠5♥ but Zhou had J♠J♥8♠3♥ for a set of jacks to scoop another pot.
With two players seeing a board of K♠3♣8♦K♠8♥ and around 275,000 in the middle Melad Marji bet 110,000 from the big blind and Marcello Del Grosso called from the hijack.
Marji turned over trip kings with K♥Q♣10♠6♥ to win the hand.
